Submission & Evaluation
Technical questions are due by July 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST, submitted via email. Quotes are due by July 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST, also via email. Proposals must be submitted as three (3) PDF volumes: Signed Documents, Technical Proposal, and Price Schedule. Award will be made based on best value to the Government, with Technical Capability and Past Performance considered more important than Price. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
