The contractor will be responsible for:
- Establishing a single, portfolio-level view of initiatives, projects, and KPIs using Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and sheets.
- Designing and configuring standardized project templates and workflows.
- Implementing Control Center for automated project creation, change management, resource planning, and archiving (up to 5,000 active projects).
- Implementing Data Shuttle to automate data movement and syncing between Smartsheet assets and source/target systems.
- Configuring real-time dashboards for executive and operational visibility into portfolio health, status, risk, and progress.
- Enabling cross-team visibility for improved collaboration.
