• Proposals must include a Technical Proposal (15-page limit) and a Pricing section (no page limit).

• Technical proposals will be evaluated for understanding of the SOW and ability to meet specifications and deadlines.

• Pricing will be evaluated for reasonableness and completeness among technically acceptable offers.

• Solicited as Full and Open.

• The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01.

• Offerors are encouraged to submit their best proposal in the initial submission as discussions are not anticipated.

• Load Center Specification: The solicitation contained a mistake regarding the load center for the 36K forklift. The government requests a load center of either 36 or 48 inches. A 24-inch load center is not acceptable.
