Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive QA and software testing services. This includes, but is not limited to: Database testing, Functional testing, Interface testing, Software compatibility testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression testing, Performance and load testing, Disaster recovery testing, End-to-end testing, and Section 508 accessibility testing. Testers will also be responsible for knowledge transfer, training, and ongoing support to end-users, following the ITD System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Experience with Agile development environments and large-scale, complex IT testing environments, particularly Case Management Systems like C-Track Enterprise, is highly desirable.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted via email to Ahmad Stanekzai (ahmad.stanekzai@dccsystem.gov). Submissions require two separate PDF files: Volume 1 - Technical Proposal and Volume 2 - Price Proposal. Evaluation criteria include Price, Experience and Qualifications (50 points), Technical Approach (20 points), and Past Performance and Customer Service (30 points), with non-price factors approximately equal to price. Amendment No. 1 revised the page limit for Tab B (Experience & Qualifications) in the Technical Proposal to 15 pages.
