Statement of Work (SOW)

To outline the justification, requirements, and objectives for the purchase of portable livestock corrals to support livestock management and emergency response operations across multiple grazing allotments.

Existing grazing allotments lack sufficient corral infrastructure, creating operational challenges for permittees. Portable corrals offer a flexible solution for essential livestock handling tasks and serve a critical safety function during wildfire season by enabling rapid evacuation of livestock.

The contractor shall provide and deliver one portable livestock corral system meeting the following minimum specifications:

• Durable, high-strength steel construction for livestock containment.

• Capacity to hold 80 head.

• Electric hydraulic lifting system.

• Integrated loading chute for ground and semi-trailer loading.

• Mobile corral system.

• Gooseneck style trailer connection.

• Panels that fold against each other without unpinning, all functioning as gates.

• Towable at posted highway speed limits.

• LED lights for turning, braking, and nighttime visibility.

• Hydraulic lifting for wheel removal and front lift.

• Double alleyway with flow control.

• Rubber or similar durable floor material in the loading chute.

• Minimum 14 Ply Tires.

• Compatible with various terrain conditions.

• Swing-out panels supported by airless tires.

• Panels with interlocking stays.

• Trailer and panels available in neutral colors (brown, gray, white, dark green).

• Rust-resistant, protective finish.

• Fully assembled and functional portable livestock corral units.

• Delivery to 3 Lyle Loop, Quemado, NM 87829.

• Product manuals, safety information, and warranty documents.

• On-site or virtual training session on assembly, folding, and safe usage.

• 1 Year Warranty.
