• Licensing: A notarized copy of the current license/certificate/accreditation from the Government of Nepal or its agent is required.

• Claim Data: The government provided claim and premium data for the last four years (2021-2024) and noted outstanding claims as of the document date.

• Cashless Services: Bidders are preferred to include cashless services for both inpatient (no cash for hospitalization) and outpatient services (for charges exceeding NRS 35,000).

• Homeopathy/Ayurvedic Treatment: While not part of the solicitation's work statement, the government expressed a desire for employees to continue receiving coverage for these remedies.

• Due Date: The proposal submission deadline is April 04, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time. Offers not meeting this deadline will not be considered.

• Submission Method: Offers/quotes must be submitted only via email to KTMContracts@state.gov. Sending the offer to any other email address will invalidate it.

• Corrections: Section 3 should be read as Section L, and SF18 as SF33 in the solicitation cover letter.

• Payment Basis: Premium payments will be made on a bi-weekly basis; annual, semi-annual, or quarterly payment modes are not possible.
