Submission & Evaluation
Quoters must submit one (1) copy of their technical and price quote via email, including their DUNS Number and CAGE Code. Shipping charges must be included in the quote. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. Offers will be ranked by price, and the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer(s) will be selected. SAM registration is required. Quoters must state acceptance of terms and conditions or list exceptions.
