• Custodial services: Weekly or twice weekly (depending on location) at Bear Creek, Canton Chute, Lock and Dam 21, John Hay, and Park N Fish Recreation Areas.
• Removal of lawn debris, litter, and trash.
• Cleaning of restrooms, picnic shelters, picnic tables, and fire rings.
• Prohibition: Use of chemical agents for weed control is strictly prohibited.

Contract & Timeline

• Contract Type: Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Duration: A base period and four (4) one-year option periods.
• Base Period of Performance: May 01, 2026 - April 30, 2027.
• Base Period of Service: May 07, 2026 - December 03, 2026.
• Overall Duration: Option periods extend through December 05, 2030.
• Award Basis: Lump sum price.
• Offer Due Date: April 03, 2026, at 02:00 PM.
• Technical Questions Due: March 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Submission & Evaluation

• Offerors must quote on all items and entire quantities for the base period and all option periods; partial quotes will be considered nonresponsive.
• Award will be made to the acceptable quote based on price and other factors.

Eligibility / Set-Aside

• This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).
• Contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database.
