Scope of Work
This requirement is for appraisal and valuation services to form an independent opinion of the market value of the fee simple estate (or fee simple-surface only estate) for seven individual tracts of land. Appraisals must adhere to USPAP standards and Federal Regulations 25 CFR, Part 150.2. Key aspects include:
