Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for:
- Designing, improving, and managing an external review process for the MW CASC.
- Providing input on existing RCASC external review criteria and metrics.
- Assembling an Expert Review Team (ERT) of 3-4 non-CASC affiliated professionals and one federal senior staff member (government will recruit experts).
- Planning and conducting a site visit (strong preference for in-person, contractor arranges non-federal travel) to the MW CASC, including coordinating interviews and managing ERT travel logistics.
- Conducting preparation work, record-keeping, and document management.
- Managing post-site review follow-up and report writing.
- Submitting a concise report (not exceeding 35 pages) within 45 days of the site visit.
Contract Details
- Anticipated Award Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order.
- Period of Performance: A 12-month base period and one (1) 12-month option period. The start date is confirmed as Fall 2026, with the base period estimated from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The on-site review is tentatively scheduled for the last week of October 2026.
- Place of Performance: Activities will occur via telephone, email, at MW CASC locations, or in a virtual meeting space.
