Hanford Mission Essential Services Contract (HMESC) Procurement
March 1, 2018:
The Contracting Officer's Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) Final Analysis for the Hanford Mission Essential Services Contract is hereby posted.
December 12, 2017:
The DOE EM is continuing to explore alternative approaches to determine whether potential efficiencies exist for Offerors in preparation of proposals for the Hanford Mission Essential Services Contract (HMESC) procurement and/or future procurements, while also ensuring that DOE receives sufficient cost information to perform the required evaluation. Therefore DOE is providing Offerors with an alternate cost model for consideration and feedback. DOE requests that industry provide objective input (favorable comments, recommended changes, and non-favorable comments) on both cost models (cost model in Draft RFP and Alternate Cost Model) by January 19, 2018. DOE will analyze industry input, and take this into consideration for the final RFP.
