Requirements & Eligibility
- Location: Consideration limited to vendors with a facility physically located within 30 miles of NRC Headquarters (11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland).
- Wage Determination: Prices must be consistent with Department of Labor’s Wage Determination No. 2015-4269 dated December 23, 2025.
- SAM.gov: Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov, including NAICS code 492110, and in Representations and Certifications Applications.
