Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure appraisal and valuation services to form an independent opinion of the market value of the fee simple estate of defined properties.

This notice is issued by the Department of the Interior (DOI), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), Interior Business Center (IBC) on behalf of the Appraisal and Valuations Services Office (AVSO). The government is seeking information from Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and Indian-owned Economic Enterprises (IEE) interested in providing appraisal and valuation services. The objective is to obtain an independent opinion of the market value of the fee simple estate of a defined property.
