Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure nine (9) new 40-foot refrigerated ISO containers with associated power transformers for tree seedling cooling and storage across various U.S. Forest Service locations in Arizona and New Mexico.

• Procure and deliver nine (9) new 40-foot high cube refrigerated certified ISO containers.

• Each container requires a new 220-volt, 50-amp power transformer, with specific single-phase or three-phase requirements noted per location.

• The contractor is responsible for delivery, including all necessary blocking, dunnage, and leveling to place each unit at the designated site.

• Site preparation will be completed by the local Forest Service units prior to scheduled delivery.

• Award Method: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) will be rated first. Only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated for Technical acceptability. Tradeoffs will not be conducted.
