This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract with a one-year base and four option years with Visible Network Labs, 8045 Flower Ct, Arvada, CO 80005, UEI: GZMTVLMJHFP9. The purpose of this acquisition is to develop and execute a Network Mapping and Intervention system for the VA West Haven Healthcare System, Epilepsy Center of Excellence. Because Visible Network Labs is the vendor/contractor that can provide the network mapping and intervention development, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov, Contracting Opportunities.
