  • Budget Documentation: Preparing critical documents such as OMB Exhibit 300 Forms, Construction Prospectuses, VA Form 1391-Cs, Lease Prospectuses, VA Form 1391-Ls, space planning documents (SEPS PFDs), market analyses, rent estimates, Lease Abstracts, Cost Effectiveness Analyses (CEAs), Risk Analyses, and Alternatives Analyses.
  • Master Planning: Developing Healthcare Facility Master Plans for VA Medical Centers.
  • Strategic Support: Supporting Strategic Capital Investment Planning (SCIP) cycles, including the FY2028 and FY2029 President's Budget Requests.
