- Providing digital data from interviews to the VHA monthly.
- Completing approximately 16,000 pairs of interviews annually for the VOA program.
- Completing approximately 150-200 pairs of interviews annually for the PAWS pilot program.
- Conducting interviews within specific timeframes post-appointment (e.g., baseline within 30 days, follow-up between 160-190 days).
- Providing weekly informal status updates and detailed quarterly reports.

Evaluation
Quotations will be evaluated comparatively based on Technical, Price, and Past Performance. The award will be made to the offer most advantageous to the Government. Offerors must submit Price, Technical, and Past Performance information, following instructions in FAR 52.212-1 and evaluation criteria in FAR 52.212-2.
Eligibility & Registration
