Scope of Work
The contractor will provide subject matter expertise to the VHA National Radiation Oncology Program, performing essential services remotely. Key tasks include:

- Coordination of Chart Reviews: Facilitating physician Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) and focused chart reviews, particularly for facilities with limited physician staffing.
- Data Management: Performing short-term projects to evaluate credentialing data reports and assist NROP with data management for reporting. This also includes managing HR salary data for recruitment.
- Conference Coordination: Organizing logistics for NROP-hosted conferences, including speaker outreach and pre/post-conference tasks.
- Conduct Surveys: Performing customer satisfaction surveys as required by SCPO and NROP.
- Assessment Services: Providing consultative and assessment services on community practice staffing, equipment, and treatment data, and training qualifications for medical physicists.
