In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Facilities and Management Services located at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center intends to increase task order 36C10F22D0006 36C24524F0134, that will add additional Construction Administrator CM-CA for 1080 hours to Contract Line Item No. (CLIN) 3009 Option Year 2 and 1080 hours CLIN 4009 Option Year 3.
Soliciting and obtaining another IDIQ service contractor would duplicate services, cause unnecessary delays, add unnecessarily purchasing staff time, and additional costs that are not expected to be recovered through competition.
