- Project Documentation: Preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs), design narratives, technical specifications, presentations, renderings, and drawings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all work meets ADA, NFPA, OSHA, Joint Commission, VA Design Guides/Manuals, and infection control standards.
- Project Coordination: Liaising with VA staff, construction teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Cost Estimating: Preparation of cost estimates and Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) support for design-related procurements.
