Key deliverables include 1,000 licenses for the base year with options for escalation, implementation, eligibility file setup, ongoing support, and compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and WCAG 2.1. Offers must comply with FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) and FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation). All products' origin/country of manufacture must be listed.
