The platform must be user-friendly, support Single Sign-On (SSO) and API integration, and be accessible across iOS, Android, Windows devices, and web browsers. Key deliverables include 1,000 licenses for the base year with options for escalation, implementation, eligibility file setup, ongoing support, and compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and WCAG 2.1. Monthly updates on active accounts and usage data, a customized welcome email campaign, and account registration instructions are also required.

Evaluation

Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and/or SBA dsbs.SBA.gov. The platform will not access VA/Veteran information or connect to VA LAN. Government-furnished property is not required. Offers must comply with FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) and FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation). All products' origin/country of manufacture must be listed.
