- Scheduled Weekday Service: Daily (Monday-Friday) transport from CBOCs to LVAHCS Main Laboratory. Pickups between 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM, delivery by 9:30 PM.
- Unscheduled Secondary Campus Service: On-call, as-needed transport from VA Leestown Division to Main Laboratory (evenings, weekends, federal holidays). Pickups within one hour of order, delivery within 30 minutes of pickup.
- Vehicle Requirements: Licensed, maintained vehicles with company branding and bio-hazard spill kits.
