Scope of Work
The required Covidence Subscription product is a COTS web-based platform designed for evidence synthesis project management. Key functionalities include:

- Support for multi-user collaboration and transparent study selection workflows.
- Structured data extraction processes for reproducible evidence synthesis.

- Partnership in developing and implementing organizational-wide Single Sign-On (SSO) through LibLynx.
- Access for all 170+ VA medical centers and affiliated providers.
- Medical center-specific repositories and Administrative Dashboards.
- Manual user management capabilities, dedicated account manager, customized training, and marketing materials.
- Utilization statistics reporting and in-app user feedback surveys.
- Priority Support from evidence synthesis experts with a less than 3-hour response time.
