Set-Aside & Eligibility

This RFI will assist the VA in determining potential set-aside categories. Firms are asked to indicate eligibility for programs such as Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Women-Owned (WO) Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). To qualify for a small business set-aside, offerors must be considered small under NAICS code 519290 (Library Services).

Submission Requirements

Interested contractors must provide:

  • Company Name, Address, Point of Contact (Name, Email, Phone), and UEI Number.
  • Indication of eligibility for small business programs.
