Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To continue benchmarking VHA clinical practitioners' productivity against an academic median using datasets provided by the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). This supports initiatives for financial governance, resource allocation, cost-driver examination, practitioner productivity evaluation, and ensuring adequate staffing for timely, safe, high-quality Veteran care.

• Provide Organizational Membership access to the most recent versions of all MGMA DataDive™ surveys and datasets.

• The membership is crucial for benchmarking physician compensation, staffing, cost and revenue, and coding.

• Deliverable 5.1: MGMA Organizational Membership (Electronic access/credentials) due within 5 business days of contract award.

• Deliverable 5.2: Quarterly Utilization Reports (Electronic PDF or Excel) due within 15 calendar days following the end of each contract quarter. Reports must include active users, login frequency, datasets accessed, and any service disruptions.

• Deliverable 5.1: 100% uptime/access availability.

• Deliverable 5.2: 100% on-time submission of Quarterly Utilization Reports.

One base year with two one-year option periods.

• The Contractor shall adhere to the standards set in the MGMA Organizational Membership and provide policies and procedures for VA use.
