Scope of Work

Services must strictly adhere to VA Directive 6371 and other relevant VA policies concerning records destruction, PII, and PHI protection. Contractor employees are required to complete VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness training (TMS course 10176) and follow Rules of Behavior. A physical chain of custody must be maintained, and shredding equipment must be capable of cross-cut or double-cut shredding with a 3/32-inch security screen.
