The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), in support of VISN 21 VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) at 2615 E. Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price for base plus (4) option years for Medical Records Storage in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) certified facilities, effective January 1st, 2026 to December 31st, 2030. Applicable authority, FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B) Limiting Sources. Applicable NAICS: 493110, General Warehouse and Storage.
This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Due to the continuation of need it has been determined that these services are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements.
