The requirement is for Court Reporting (stenography) Services to provide verbatim transcripts of investigations, speeches, legal proceedings, meetings, and other events. Key aspects include:

  • Service Delivery: Accurate recording, transcription, clarity, and quality of spoken word.
  • Reporter Qualifications: Certified to administer oaths, current notary public commission, qualified in stenographic equipment, real-time recording (Case-view, Live-note), litigation support, legal videography, videoconferencing, teleconferencing, Computer Aided Transcription (CAT), and shorthand/monitored multi-microphone recording. Knowledge of business English, technical/medical/legal terms, and legal procedures. Board or professional certification is required.
  • Data Management: Secured storage and retrieval system for notes/recordings, with destruction after payment.
  • Confidentiality: Strict confidentiality for designated proceedings.
  • Performance Standards: Electronic PDF transcripts due within 14 calendar days of last sworn testimony. Price reductions for delayed delivery (2% per business day, up to 50%).
