Due to the nature of these FMS assets, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003 "Item Unique Identification and Valuation" has been deleted as these items will not be delivered to DoD or entered into the DoD supply chain. Critical Safety Items (CSI) and Contractor Business Systems clauses are incorporated by reference where applicable.
