- Eight (8) IFR 3515N Radio Test Sets. Services must meet Viavi (Aeroflex) standards, and proof of calibration must be valid for no less than three years. Repairs will be handled on a case-by-case basis as identified.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to Mr. Mychael McKay and Ms. Morgan Olszak. Submissions must include signed copies of the RFQ and any amendments, the facility address where calibration will be completed, and a statement/proof of capability to perform repairs if identified and agreed upon. Evaluation will be based on price, unless past performance information indicates a different best value.
Additional Notes
NAVELSG will coordinate the drop-off and pick-up of test sets and will travel up to 60 miles from Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, VA, for this purpose. The contract includes clauses related to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) for payment instructions.
