The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI intends to award a 5-year contract for the manufacture, test and delivery of OK-664 and OK-700 Radio Frequency Distribution and Control System (RFDACS) and part/components in accordance with Government drawings and specifications.
This is a follow-on contract to NUWCDIVNPT requirement N66604-15-D-1083.
An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract line items is anticipated.
Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI.
This procurement will be processed using FAR Part 15. NAICS Code is 334515. This procurement is solicited on an unrestricted basis.
The drawings/specifications will NOT be posted on our website.
"DRAFT" drawings/specifications and "DRAFT" parts/units list are available. In order to receive the "DRAFT" drawings/specifications and parts/units list, the company must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). All requests for the "DRAFT" drawings/specifications and parts/units list must be sent to Tracy J. Hamilton via email to: tracy.j.hamilton@navy.mil. The request must include the solicitation number, company's name, company's complete address, cage code, point of contact, telephone number, email address, and required JCP registration number. The "DRAFT" drawings/specifications and parts/units list will be sent via disk upon receipt of email.
Solicitation N66604-19-R-0050 is anticipated to be released 6 August 2019. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the solicitation.
Technical proposals are required. The Government intends to award to the eligible, responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value, considering price, past performance, and technical factors. The specific evaluation criteria will be outlined in the solicitation.
