Scope of Work
The requirement, detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW), involves upgrading all current QubicaAMF pinspotters, computer control boards, flat gutters, and back-end ball returns. The contractor will be responsible for:
- Supplying, installing, programming, and testing 6 pairs of EDGE String USBC Pinspotters, 12 EDGE String USBC kickbacks, flat gutters, a standard spare parts kit, and Radaray Plus Universal foul detectors.
- Furnishing all necessary parts, labor, transportation, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensuring installation is performed by a certified technician and is compatible with 50 Hz 220v electrical requirements.
- Performing initial setup, full functionality testing, and providing 8 hours of on-site training.
- Disposing of obsolete equipment in accordance with base requirements.
Performance Standards
The installed system must be USBC approved, meet USBC specifications, and feature automatic, adjustable string length, integrated physical guarding, low 24 voltage DC electronics (excluding machine controller), and operational interventions from behind the machine. It must also comply with OSHA, Corps of Engineers Manual EM 385-1-1, and Air Force regulations.
