Scope of Work

- Performing aircraft wash preparations and post-wash lubrication/de-masking.
- Inspecting for and documenting potential corrosion.
- Documenting wash services and training in appropriate systems (MIS) and forms.
- Adhering to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention policies.
- Establishing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and reporting monthly summaries.
- Complying with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including hazardous material management.
- Performing services at Hangar 711, RAF Mildenhall.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price
- Period of Performance: One (1) base year, followed by four (4) option years.
- Set-Aside: This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
- Funding: Funds are not presently available; obligation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.
- Incidental Equipment: The government will provide an incidental equipment inventory (Attachment 2). The contractor will be responsible for the replacement of consumable and other assets provided by the Government.
