Scope of Work

- Installing new 24" x 24" tiles, ensuring a seamless, level, and flush fit.
- Cutting eighty (80) holes for data and power cables and sealing them with industry-standard grommets. All cutting must occur in a designated staging area outside the space, with workers escorted due to security restrictions.
- Completely removing, hauling away, and properly disposing of all old tiles off-site in accordance with federal guidelines.
- Tiles must be all-steel with a cementitious core (concrete-filled) or cross-punch perforation (airflow), Class A flame spread, non-combustible, and gray in color to closely match existing.
