Scope of Work
The requirement involves preparing a work plan for soil remediation, groundwater, and soil sampling in accordance with Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) guidance. Key aspects include:

- Minimizing pollution and controlling noise/dust during operations.

- Groundwater Monitoring: Sampling six groundwater monitoring wells for DRO prior to remedial action. Monitoring well SP9-MW1 may be damaged/removed and will not require replacement.
