Contract Details
This will be a Firm-Fixed Price requirements contract. Delivery of the spectrometer system is required no later than 60 days after award to USDA-ARS-SRRC in New Orleans, LA. Offerors must agree to hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the receipt of offers date.
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit pricing for all six (6) line items to be considered responsive. Quotes shall be emailed to amber.sampson@usda.gov. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Price will be evaluated first for the total quoted amount. Technical acceptability will be assessed based on meeting or exceeding salient characteristics (identified by brand name/model or "equal" status) and supported by descriptive literature. Past Performance will be evaluated as Acceptable, Neutral, or Unacceptable.
