Submission & Evaluation

Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Price will be evaluated first for the total quoted amount. Technical acceptability will be assessed based on meeting or exceeding salient characteristics (identified by brand name/model or "equal" status) and supported by descriptive literature. Past Performance will be evaluated as Acceptable, Neutral, or Unacceptable.
