Scope of Work

The project's objective is to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for comprehensive ramp alterations. Key tasks include:

  • Demolition: Removal of buildings 115, 131, 133, tent structure 321, abandoned electrical components, guardrail, fencing, concrete/asphalt areas, and a 12K underground storage tank.
  • Storm Water Control: Installation of new storm water control structures, including catch basins, piping, and trench drains, to manage water flow and maintain grounds.
  • Electrical Infrastructure: Installation of required electrical conduit and wiring to support new fabric shelters, including associated equipment and interior lights.
  • Pavement & Access: Preparation of areas for and installation of a new concrete access road, concrete tent pad, concrete approach around building 137, and asphalt shoulder patching.
  • Fabric Shelters: Procurement and installation of two new tensioned fabric shelters (~80'x60') with liners, electrical equipment, interior lights, and doors. One shelter will include dehumidification equipment for humidity control.
