Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit proposals by March 19, 2026, ensuring they are valid for at least 180 days. Proposals require a summary schedule with fully supportable cost data, including labor categories, hours, material costs, and a total cost breakdown. Specific requirements for cost/price supporting documentation, including indirect rates and subcontractor analysis, are detailed per FAR 15.408.
