Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a qualified Director of Music and Organist/Pianist to support the Command Religious Program (CRP) at the WFTBN Chapel. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading congregational singing and providing piano/organ accompaniment for Sunday morning services.
- Providing musical accompaniment for seven (7) special religious observances annually (e.g., Feast of Mary, Ash Wednesday, Christmas).
- Providing music services for two (2) active duty funeral services as requested.
- Offering professional recommendations for the musical program to the Command Chaplain.
- Managing a single, pre-qualified substitute (subcontracting limited to four weeks per calendar year).
- Submitting weekly worship bulletin song lists and notifying of government-owned musical equipment maintenance needs.
- Scheduling quarterly meetings with the WFTBN Chapel Command Chaplain.

Contractor Qualifications
