Scope of Work
The project requires the successful firm to provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision for:
- Removal and proper disposal of existing modular furniture.
- Ordering, delivery, and installation of new 6x7' cubicles, new conference room furniture, and collaboration space furniture, including reconnection of electrical and IT lines.
- Removal and disposal of existing carpet, and installation of new 2x2' carpet tiles.
- Repainting of all walls.
- Development and delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) CDRLs.
Contract & Timeline

Requirements & Evaluation
SSP seeks detailed White Paper Capability Statements demonstrating:
- Minimum Qualifications: Documented ability to demo/remove/dispose modular furniture, install new modular furniture (including electrical/IT), demo/remove/dispose existing carpet, install new carpet tiles, and provide qualified US Citizens or Green Card holders. Experience in facility site planning, conceptual design, project documentation (cost-estimating), multi-discipline engineering reviews, construction oversight, and DoD/Navy/OSHA safety is required.
- Relevant & Recent Experience: Past performance as a Prime or Subcontractor on similar efforts (scope, size, complexity) within the last 5 years, with an annual incurred cost/expense of at least $2.5M. Submissions must include specific contract references, customer contacts, and detailed work summaries.
- Digital Engineering Capability: Firms must identify their present capability to develop and deliver DE CDRL items.
