Additional Notes
The sole source justification is based on ARMAG Corp being the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), possessing proprietary engineering data, material specifications, and fabrication techniques necessary to meet DoD and UL standards. The government will arrange and pay for freight to and from ARMAG Corp's facility in Bardstown, KY. The contractor shall load magazines onto government-arranged vehicles free of charge and provide final weight and dimensions for shipment.
