• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on Price and Technical Acceptability.

  • Price: Evaluated for fairness and reasonableness (FAR 12.204).
  • Technical Acceptability: Must be the exact brand name, make, and model specified (Olink® 96.96 IFC for Protein Expression, Olink® Target 96 Inflammation, Olink® Target 96 Cardiometabolic, Olink® Target 96 Mouse Exploratory). Offers for "equal" products will not be considered.
  • Past Performance: May be evaluated using CPARS and other sources.

• Evaluation Method: Lowest priced offer will be evaluated for Technical Capability first. If not acceptable, the process continues in order of lowest priced offer.

• Offer Acceptance: Offers must be held firm for 90 calendar days.

• This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• All responsible sources may submit a quotation.
