Opportunity Overview

This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for a BPA to furnish real estate appraisal reports and related services. The services will support real estate transactions for properties within the USACE POH AOR. The Government intends to award multiple (at least 3) Purchase Agreements.

Scope of Services

The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for appraisal services. This includes, but is not limited to, appraisals for:

  • Commercial office space and properties
  • Leases for telecommunications towers, land, and rights-of-way
  • Acquisitions and outgrants (e.g., grazing, timber)
  • Fair Market Value (FMV) for acquisition and disposal
  • Gross appraisals for Civil Works and Planning Estimates
  • Residential, industrial, and light industrial properties

Appraisal reports must comply with federal standards, laws, regulations, and USACE Engineering Regulation (ER) 405-1-12. Performance will be evaluated on accuracy, quality, quantity, and timeliness, with reports reviewed by a USACE Appraiser.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), Firm Fixed Price for individual calls.
