Evaluation & Submission

Award will be based on the lowest aggregate total price submitted for the total quantity, inclusive of any option provisions.

• Quotes must be submitted via EDI, with any exceptions clearly specified.
• Offerors not the manufacturer must state the OEM (cage code) and part number.
• Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered for award. Proof of authorization is required with the offer.
• Electronic submittal of Invoice and Receiving Report (COMBO) through PIEE-WAWF is required for any resulting order.

Additional Notes

• An option provision allows the Government to increase quantity at award or via modification.
• Changes to production facilities require Contracting Officer approval and may incur a $250 administrative cost.
