• Marking: Items must be physically identified in accordance with MIL-STD-130.
• Production Facility Changes: Any changes require Contracting Officer approval and a $250 price reduction for administrative costs.

Requirements & Quality Assurance

• Testing: Requires First Article Test Procedures and Production Lot Test Procedures, both needing Government approval. Contractors must conduct non-destructive First Article Testing on one unit and 100% Production Lot Testing per drawing 5363459 and approved procedures.
• Configuration Control: MIL-STD-973 Short Form procedures are invoked with specific tailoring notes. Contractors must notify the PCO of any authorized later drawing revision status.
• Qualification: Components must be manufactured by a Government Qualified Products List (QPL) supplier.
• Inspection System: Suppliers must maintain an inspection/quality system in accordance with MIL-I-45208 or be certified to ISO 9001/9002.
• Payment: Electronic submittal of Receiving Reports and Invoices through PIEE-WAWF is required.
