The contractor will be required to demolish and remove various walls, office partitions, doors, windows, a vault,
Electrical systems, fire suppression and fire alarm system, air conditioning and ductwork, and ceiling tile and remove carpet., air conditioning and duct work, fire suppression and fire alarm panel, security system, and telecommunications and phone.
The contractor will install a new computer room air conditioning system, grills, ductwork, new electrical wiring, conduit, breakers, lights, wall switches and electrical outlets, new walls, office partitions, doors, cypher locks, windows, telecommunication, phone, fire suppression system and fire alarm panel.
Contractor must provide Engineering drawings of proposed fire suppression system modifications from a Certified Fire Sprinkler company in strict accordance with all NFPA Standards and Requirement of the NAVFAC SE Fire Protection Engineering and the Kings Bay Fire Marshall.
