Scope of Work
The project involves comprehensive interior renovation of approximately 1100 sq. ft. Key tasks include:
- Replacing/repairing damaged/loose insulation and vapor barrier.
- Installing new 1/2 inch gypsum sheetrock, including taping, mudding, and finishing, followed by painting.
- Installing a new acoustic ceiling grid system with new rails, 2'x4' acoustic ceiling tiles, and a mounting plate for an overhead projector.
- Properly suspending and supporting HVAC ducting, electrical, and other utilities above the new ceiling grid.
- Installing new HVAC ducting and registers into the new acoustic ceiling grid.
- Installing fifteen 2'x4' cool white LED panel lights and an appropriately sized breaker, with the light switch relocated to the nearest adjacent wall.
- Installing eight new electrical receptacles on walls and one new electrical outlet in the ceiling for an overhead projector, each with appropriately sized breakers.
- Installing four ethernet data ports.
- Removing four existing exterior windows and installing four new vinyl replacement double-hung windows.
- Repairing concrete and/or applying self-leveling underlayment to provide a suitable substrate for new Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring with underlayment throughout the space.
- Contractor is responsible for providing a dumpster, all cleanup of the project area, and protecting existing equipment and merchandise.
