Please park at the Pine Valley Dam Parking Lot, and meet the Forest Service COR Jake Dodds there. Phone service does not work in that area, so if you need to contact him prior to arrival at the site, you would need to call him at (435)327-1962 BEFORE 10 a.m. that day. You can also email him at jake.dodds@usda.gov, but you must email him, at the latest, the day before the Site Visit.

05 Aug 2025 - RFP # 1240LT25R0012 and its five (5) attachments are posted to SAM. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement, and is a source selection acquisition in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) solicitation and proposal evaluation procedures.
