Scope of Work
NLR seeks a software solution capable of:
- Real-time documentation and tracking of daily site security activities and incidents.
- Comprehensive change tracking for all documentation.
- Generating reports based on specific data fields.
- Streamlining the referencing of unit activity and incident occurrences.
- Integration with existing systems (e.g., vehicle tracking).
- Providing external reporting ("Public facing" links).
- Handling reminders, notifications, and managing person/location/hazard data.
- Supporting cloud-based, on-premise, or hybrid deployment with robust data security.
- Offering scalability, offline usage, simultaneous user access, and GIS data processing.
- Ensuring system portability across devices and platforms.
