• Quantity per Site: Colebrook Campground will receive 25 fire rings and picnic tables. Crystal Lake Café will receive 45 fire rings and picnic tables.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for commercial items, specifically for fire rings and picnic tables for the Crystal Lake and Coldbrook Campgrounds. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• Picnic Tables: 70 units, 8-foot ADA Accessible, constructed with recycled plastic timbers and planks, capable of sustaining a 500 lbs/sq ft snow load. Tables must be 96" long with a tabletop extending 2 ft beyond frames for wheelchair access, and have brown powder-coated galvanized frames with 3 pin anchors.

• Fire Rings: 70 units, no less than 32" diameter, constructed from 1/8” steel with a flanged lip and 10 draft holes. Must have a hinged anchoring device for cleaning. Inner wall required, welded to outer ring, with draft holes. Cooking grate minimum 370 sq in (5/8" steel rods), with a steel rod handle and two steel eyelets. Log grate area minimum 380 sq in (5/8" steel bars).

• Delivery: 1 lot for delivery to Crystal Lake and Coldbrook Campgrounds.

• Contract Type: Anticipated Firm-Fixed Price. The government reserves the right to make multiple awards if it results in best value, but intends to make one award.
